One quibble. The examples of servant leaders in the article all seem to be upper managers. This can probably be explained because I assume Inc. Magazine's target market is entrepreneurs who've built companies and are upper managers, or aspire to be.

But servant leaders can be at all levels of an organization. The humblest groundskeeper at a multinational corporation can be a servant leader. I think the author wrote to the magazine's target market, but other readers should not assume that servant leaders are always positioned at the top of the org chart.
