I'll expand on some of the info from "Teacher As Servant" in my next blog. Basically I believe it was intended to be a fictional book written by Greenleaf that tells about the experiences of a man who had lived at Jefferson House, a college boarding house that practiced Servant Leadership principles. Dr. Broderick was one of the regular speakers brought in to talk with the students about concepts related to servant leadership. Not sure if "Teacher As Servant" was ever published as a stand alone book, but it was incorported into the book THE SEVANT LEADER WITHIN. So far, finding "Teacher As Servant" and THE SERVANT LEADER WITHIN worthwhile reading.
