I am beginning not liking this time of year either...last year was my 1st year not doing to well with it and this year...meh...got tired of seeing all the "Happiness" going on! *rolls eyes*

Mid April is my "hate this time of year" concerning my Dad. It was 11 years this year and it really hasn't gotten any better.

The anniversary of Mom's death and her birthday always give me a little twinge, but at least there aren't hallmark cards and "call your mother" commercials everywhere pounding the fact home.

Thanks, Sarah. And it surely is -- I'm sad and happy for everybody yesterday. Everybody has a mom, lost a mom, loves their mom, is estranged from their mom, hasn't spoken to their mom, considers their mom as their best friend... moms are universal.
