Great post. And I appreciate all the hard work it took for you to slog through all those pics to select just the right ones to post. It's a difficult job, but someone had to do it. Now, if I can just convince my wife, we'll be buying one of those calendars for Christmas.

Upstate NY in Winter? I well remember the winters of 70-71 and 71-72 at "The Griff" in Rome, NY......hell of a homecoming after Vietnam....froze my ass off, but did learn to snow ski at Snow Ridge in Turin.....
Welcome Aboard Pat...and first let me say..."Welcome Home Soldier"...I perused yur blog and liked it. BTW...I live about 15 miles from "The Griff"...and yur right about the winters pal...brutal!
Also...that photygraff with the monster Catfish...that boat looks like an old Mahogany Inboard...a real Classic....
