I don't want to talk too much about other people's court cases before they happen! I knew about the case before I got sent the entire document by Google. It seems Tony likes to send it all over the place and write about it as if he has already gotten his justice. At the moment the suit is not even scheduled, because first it goes into "preliminary" investigation. That is, a judge decides whether to proceed or not, based on the claim and the comments by the defendant. It is up to a judge to determine whether or not there is anything there for a suit. It is not up to Tony, who makes his claim, pays or has paid for him his registration fee (650 pounds), and then it either is scheduled for litigation or it is tossed out as being an unacceptable claim. Anyone can file any kind of claim they want, that doesn't mean the claim is actually going to go to court, or even that there is anything valid about it.
indeed, it's never very wise to count one's chickens before they hatch, or to crow about them prematurely.
