Gravatar Man is earth's Choicemaker. Psalm 25:12 He is by nature
and nature's God a creature of Choice - and of Criteria.
Psalm 119:30,173 His unique and definitive characteristic
is, and of Right ought to be, the natural foundation of
his environments, institutions, and respectful relations
to his fellow-man. Thus, he is oriented to a Freedom
whose roots are in the Order of the universe.

a Choicemaker

Gravatar I got hit with that "Choicemaker" post too-have no idea what that is all about.

Anyway, this is a great and necessary distintion to make. "Do not judge" does not mean "turn off your discerment capacity." Far too often people don't make that crucial distinction.

Gravatar OK--This is one of my pet peeves:
Those people to whom complete and utter tolerance of EVERYTHING is a sign of the highest virtue. They quote, "judge not that ye be not judged" and use it to condemn any Christian who merely states that "X" (adultery, child abuse, stealing, IDOLATRY--choose your moral issue)is wrong. If an action is morally wrong, it is not judgemental to point that out. It is just a statement of
fact. Of course, the person making the statement of fact must search their own heart and make sure their motives are pure, but I do not find it judgemental to say, "You should have no other gods before the true God--even if they ARE your children."

Gravatar I am Jewish and we believe children are G-d's blessing and a gift.

Gravatar Callie, of course they are. I agree completely. Thanks, Phil, and I didn't understand that first comment. Maybe I am obtuse?
