You got something to say to me?

Hey Lynnster, I'm kind of worried about your sleeping in that deep a state where you don't wake up and move to a bed. You may have talked about this before and I've missed it (and apologize if this is the case)... is it because you stay awake so long that you just crash where you are? You make me concerned!

Yeah, I've just worn myself out is all (I think), Kathy. Too stressed and too sleepless. One of these days I might get back on track (I hope)...

If only I could wrap up a drama-free 2007 and ship it to you overnight....

Please promise me that as soon as you have good coverage, you'll have your doc set up a referral to a sleep lab, and you go get wired up. Do Centennial Women's -- they have those kickASS TempurPedic Swedish starship beds, and YOU WILL NOT LUST for anything more, EVER, in your life, after one night's sleep on it. I swear!

I am serious -- sleep disturbances are nothing funny. This is not good, and it robs you of quality-of-life, lady-friend. You should not let this go unobserved/untreated, because chances are VERY good it can be fixed up 100%. And waking up in a new, energized, refreshed body, every day, is PRICELESS, believe someone who knows!
.

(btw... were you one of The Bangles, by any chance...?)
.

One of the Bangles!?!?! I love it! Lynnster does look a bit like the drummer. Here's her bio link: http://www.thebangles.com/bio/de...o/ debbi_bio.asp

I'm all for the Holiday Deferral Program.

Me too. I need a week, at least.

Well, good morning!

I have to take LarryElvis to the vet this morning. How I'm to pay, I'm not sure, since I don't get a paycheck until 1/5, but... hopefully we can work that out!
.

Lynnster, I'm with the bloggers above. You might want to consider taking about three days, getting a couple of Ambien that will knock you out and retraining your body to a sleep cycle that's normal for you.
Sending you hugs.

Lynnster - come to Nashville after Christmas. Come on over to 1621 5th ave north, and crash in our spare bedroom...hide away. We'll bring you decaf and pastries. I'll keep the music down low.

Please, please take care of yourself.

Jeff - nope, don't think I was a Bangle! I'd have rather been Vicki than Debbi tho. 'Cos Vicki is not only an awesome guitar player but she could kick ass bigtime.

One of my best girl friends is a chick drummer tho. I should have been - my dad was and we always had a drum kit in the house - I never learned tho...
