So let's have your comments then!

Is it one answer per post?

I'll have a crack at 10: dinosaurs in Crystal Palace park.

These are just guesses, mind:

2: Alexandra Palace
8: I think it's a pagoda in Kew Gardens
9: Hammersmith Bridge

Suddenly I'm feeling less sad that there wasn't room for me on the team!

Marc - you can make as many guesses as you like - it's only for fun - unlike the older blog quizzes, there's no prizes involved.

Ah Katie - does that mean that you wouldn't have been any good?

I'm absolutely convinced I saw Brian strutting about on the window ledge outside, fixing us with his beady little eyes as we tried to answer the questions. He must have had some untoward evil influence on the proceedings... I blame the pigeon! The drambuie and the copious amounts of beer were definitely nothing to do with our ignominious defeat...

D'OH I was trying to keep the Drambuie shots quiet - no wonder those pesky students never get any work done. Drambuie shots for a quid - bargain

Sorry it was held at the ULU Student Bar.

And you may have a point about Brian. I know his beak was put out of joint when Lisa said his general knowledge wasn't very strong, but there was no need to hex us!

1: Westminster Abbey?
4: St. Paul's Cathedral (on top of the dome)
7: British Library courtyard
8: Kew Gardens Pagoda

Man alive.. DRAMBUIE!

Oh and here's a pic I took of the evening...

Rather arty I thought...

Thank God I wasn't on the team, I don't think I could have taken the shame of it!

Seriously though, I am very surprised that you did so negatively well taking into account the team's excellent knowledge.

It was a fix. And I have decided to hate Mike Hodges.

James - good shot & you're right v arty

6: Abbey Road studios?

My guesses:

1. Rose Window, Westminster Abbey
2. Alexandra Palace TV mast
3. I can't make out - maybe Earl's Court?
4. Campanile at the top of St Paul's dome
5. Bush House
6. EMI studios, Abbey Road
7. Sir Isaac Newton, by Sir Eduardo Paolozzi, British Library piazza
8. Pagoda, Kew Gardens
9. Albert Bridge
10. Dinosaurs, Crystal Palace park

Actually, I've just had another squint, and I think number 3 is, in fact, Number One, London.

Steve, not bad at all - but you're wrong on one of them.

The one you got wrong is the one that Brian Pigeon's agent Lisa naturally got right that should give you a big clue.

Well, in that case, No. 3 is the National Gallery?

Mmm where exactly though? We actually didn't do too badly in the picture round.

Im not a Londoner but I'll have a crack

1. Westminster Abbey
2. Alexandra Palace?
3. Tate Britain?
4. St Paul's Cathedral
5. Bush House
8. Kew Gardens
9. Hammersmith Bridge
10. London Wetland Centre?

Good for a non Londoner Adam, but Steve is still in the lead
