that sucks balls. big fat hairy ones. hypothetically speaking, would it be in poor taste if i said that's what you get for being a kiss ass? nothing good comes from law school, nothing good at all.

It only seems fair to penalize students that did well by giving them lower grades because luck placed them with other students that did well, doesn't it? Isn't it only fair to give students that were in the sections that didn't do as well higher grades than those students that did well?
