As the others apparently agree, this post is - contrary to its title - proof that you SHOULD be allowed to draft legislation.

A slightly modified version could have been very useful at my undergrad campus. Good work.

You left out my personal pet peeve -- people who come to a dead stop and look around to try and get their bearings when exiting an elevator, escalator or revolving door, causing a 47 person pile-up behind them. Can I shoot on sight? Please?
