someday... when i'm a big kid... i am gonna have my babies at home for the many amazing reasons stated above!!! great info! and, as a sister of 3 at-home birthed babes... wow! i still remember EACH birth to this day! an absolutely bneautiful experience!
Well, I delivered four babies in the hospital and two at home and I will be delivering in February at home again!! It is the right choice for us!!

I never got to give birth at home. Luckily, my hospital experiences---Well, they didn't have much time to do anything but catch. 
But like I said, I have a special place in my heart for home birth, because I was a home birth.
Hopefully, your born-at-home kids will also cherish it, and their siblings, like mine, will also love the memory!
I was jumping on the bed when my younger sister was born. And though I don't remember (we're a year and ten months apart), it somehow explains a lot about us.
