You know what I was pondering? Why people never ask how the husband of extended breastfeeders feel. We assume that they're on board...but it'd be interesting to look at. I guess this interview was too short to look into it, but since the doctor DID open the door with that, "how's her sex life" idea. They could have asked!
Heck, I didn't even ask about relationship/Dads when I interviewed Vijay about extended breastfeeding!
Once again, breastfeeding is (wrongly) being sexualised. What does breastfeeding have to do with one's sex life?! I'm disgusted that people continue to think the two have anything to do with one another.
