Thanks for this great post... it frustrates me to no end that even relatively informed parents don't know how hazardous "protective" chemicals can be and usually find out too late after they've outfitted their entire nursery. I hope this changes as we all move forward... it's infuriating to me that the CPSC just turns a blind eye to it.
