Gator is carrying a real gun. It looks cute and fake and all, but no, it's real. Jeff Reins is packing on on his hip, and I had one on my hip and one in my boot. We were shooting that day as well. (it was Independence Day.)

Pat Martin might hve also been carrying one, but I can't tell. That would have made five.

Anyway, don't be fooled; All the kids I post pictures of that have guns, are wearing real guns. We like 'em that way. Toy guns are being banned at our house, so that we will always have a superb sense of gun safety and handling. Wouldn't want nobody shot.

Neat, we are thinking about getting a 22. cal. for rattler's, out here there is 1 rattler per acre.

My Mom does not allow toy guns eiter...for a similar reason. We only have shotguns and rifles though, so currently you don't have to worry about the pistol in your hand being reall...but that is a good rule.

Actually, that's totally untrue, especially in the states of Texas, and Alaska. Carrying on your own land is perfectly legal at any age, open or concealed, with parental/guardian presence. Which we always have on our ranch.

Carrying on land that is not yours with permission from the owners is ALSO perfectly legal, as long as you have parental/guardian presence. The idea that minors with guns are illegal, is a myth. A very old myth. In some areas it is true, only due to the fact that adults are ALSO not allowed to possess deadly force.

We research things before we post them on the internet, mate.

But I appreciate your concern. Tell me Darkon, where do ye' hail from?
