Nice Lord of the Rings tie in. Never thought of an illness as an orc invasion, but the visual is quite priceless. Hope you feel better really soon.

The irony is never lost on me...for both Mother's Day and Father's Day. We tend to celebrate both by giving the offending parent the day off from being which ever one of those they normally are. Props to jason for knowing that's what's necessary though. Good Job Dude!

Love the analogy! Stinkin' hilarious. Fred will get a kick out of that.
Yeah...uh, I had all four of my kids driving me nuts for Mother's Day. I love them to pieces, but the 3-year old really needed to be taken somewhere!! For pete's sake, no mother should have to change pooped-in-pants on Mother's Day. Fred was great in many ways, but he has a strong gag reflex...

That was a funny dreamlike analagy! Sorry you are still under attack Ellen! You looked a little milky when I saw you getting your meds. And then you spoke and my suspicions were true! Please use me when you need Anna care. I have my brother-in-laws three today and off and on this week so I'm in that mode if you need to do a drop off. XX

Man, I feel ya. I had the same cruddy flu-like junk a month or so ago. I seriously thought I was dying. It lasted forever. FORever. Eight weeks forever. The cough finally started to lose strength with the help of some Tussinex and an inhaler.
I'm with you - an expectorant AND a suppressant? I guess the concept is to keep the junk loose, while attempting to keep your lungs from actually flopping out on the coffee table.
Who knows?
I, too, got the most coveted "remove the child" present for Mother's Day. Three blissful hours - one of which was spent in the tub with bubbles. Ahhhh.
Hope you feel better soon!
