Gravatar First I what to thank you for your daily reports. Without them it becomes difficult to know what the reps are thinking versus what they are saying.

I am assuming by the last two health care posts you placed on the site that you are in favor of state sponsered health care of one type or another. Am I correct in that assumption? If that's true, to what limit do you take it or is there nothing out of bounds?

Thanks for your time.

Gravatar The Democrats are playing with fire. Supporting this anti-farm pro-sprawl bill goes against every poll on the feelings of eminent domain.

Must the farmers drive their tractors to Nashville to wake up the Democrats? Joe Fowlkes and Jimmy Naifeh have shown an arrogant hubris with their disregard for fair play and the rules of the House.

When Governor Phil Bredesen signs Bill 3450 he will be as popular as Don Sunquist.

What are these people thinking?

Gravatar It is very rare to find any politician with an open blogf such as this, at least in my experience. Hopefully your list of links will change this.

Now on to this post in particular. It is very sad to see that corporate parks would be given an exception to any Emenint Domain legislation put in to place to try and protect property rights. If this bill passes, we'll have Kelo vs. New London all over again. Having newly moved to Knoxville in the past few weeks, I'm not yet your constituent but I shall be soon.

I hope you continue to keep property owners in mind as this bill winds its way through the legal process. Also, I would like to ask you to watch the following flash animation and possibly pass it along to your fellow legislators.
