But you still have not addressed the important question about this bill.
What EXACTLY is it that you hope to change or achieve with this bill?
Do you think or hope that it will prevent children from being gay?
Do you think or hope that it will cause children to think negatively about gay people?
Do you think or hope that it will cause children to think negatively about themselves if they happen to be gay?
Do you think or hope that it will cause children that are gay to change and somehow become not gay?
Or is this bill merely intended as yet another means of injecting hatred into a piece of legislation?
Lastly, since when did the state legislate the matter of school curriculum at this level of detail?

How does Heather Have Two Mommies "introduce controversial sexual topics to young children" any more than any child having a mommy and a daddy does?

Anne, it is my opinion that if a child is asking your question it should take place in the home with the parents--not school with a teacher.
My opinion.
Stick with your guns, Rep.

Grinning at one emailer's To: field. I don't think there's ever going to be a Senator Mike Kernell or a Senator Jeanne Richardson.
