It was interesting to me, that John Duncan was one of the not so many to vote against, H.R.1252 - Federal Price Gouging Prevention Act. Then I saw who his donors are.

This bill passed, but I can't find anything about it in the senate. It didn't have anything about the oil drilling in it, no earmarks. Just straight up anti-price gouging.
