Not possible. Obama wants health care for all, even though it's not universal health care like Hillary.

Bredesen, having killed hundreds of Tennesseans with his TennCare cuts wouldn't be considered by either Democratic candidate.

Also, Bredesen doesn't bring foreign affairs experience to the table, which Obama will need in a running mate.
