Thanks for the update.
A classic high-side crash. The rear wheel loses traction, the rear end slides out at an angle, then suddenly regains traction.
As bad as it is this situation could've been worse, with a spinal cord injury.
Or without a helmet.

Mr. Campfield,
After hearing the ordeal that Mr. Hall endured, it is a true shame that that ordeal continued in getting him to definitive health care. I would hope that the EMS officials, the Academy of Medicine and each and every one of our elected officials will take an in-depth look at the state of our 'local' trauma system and remedy the many flaws that occurred in this particular instance and make sure they don't happen to anyone else. Mr. Hall shouldn't have been denied by UT. He probably should have never been taken to MMC. But for him to have to end up in Erlanger hospital, from a traumatic injury in Lake City is overtly ridiculous. I am thankful his injuries weren't more severe. We would be reading about his funeral arrangements. Please, take this seriously. Follow up with it and make a difference where it is needed. Thank you for your time. Feel free to pass this along to your colleagues in the politcal circles.
