This Catholic Journey

Gravatar His grace is sufficient for us.
Sadly, I must admit I have experienced more opposition since I have become Catholic than 35 years as an evangelical. Strangely enough, most of the attacks have been from fellow evangelicals that I believe are my brothers but no longer feel I am theirs. Either Catholicism is very bad or it is very true. I believe it's the latter.
Hang in there. You are pursuing Truth and Jesus said the way is narrow and there will be troubles but He has overcome the World and gives us the grace to do likewise.

Gravatar tiber jumper, I feel the same opposition but I believe I have only felt the tip of the iceberg where this is concerned and I want to be prepared for the iceberg. At times I feel sad about this but, at the same time, God has led me to new friendships that have been a blessing to me.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. May we both rest in God's grace and pray for understanding from our non-Catholic Christian brothers and sisters in Christ.

Gravatar Given what I see here, you already do suffer some hardships for following him. And you are standing up for Him. It looks like it is already happening. :)
