Amber, I hope you don't mind if I share this; I'll keep it as short as possible.
My view of God hasn't changed, but I've come to a deeper understanding of the Trinity. In my former experience, we worshiped Jesus, which is not a bad thing, it just didn't give us an understanding of the Trinitarian life. Of course our understanding will always be limited; but I feel it is something that needs expounding.
Particularly, how the Trinity is a family and how we are supposed to operate as a family unit.
There is other stuff too, but I'll leave it at that for now. :)

You're always welcome to share here! I love your insight! I agree with what you said as that was my experience as well. I still have much to learn about the Trinitarian family myself! And if you have "other stuff", by all means, share it!
