I have recently completed the RCIA program as well and, after reading so many of your blogs, can completely understand so many of your feelings. At this point of the game, I finally feel at home in my faith and am looking forward to my life as a Catholic and to teach my children all of the things that I learned within the last 9 months. I'm trying to talk to other people that have been in the program about how to properly thank the RCIA teams. My team had such a positive and spiritual effect on me as I entered into the program without a sponser and without the support of my family. As I continued in my faith journey, my family came around to understand the importance of this to me and my RCIA team was there for me through it all. I am even thinking of joining the team next year, which I would love to read your thoughts on if you decided to do the same thing! Please let me know if you have any ideas on gifts or ways to show gratitude to the teams that got us through our difficult journey. You can email me at ----. I look forward to talking with you.

So beautiful, Amber. It's eerie how the emotions that converts experience throughout the journey can be so similar. Sometimes, I feel like I have kindred spirits all over the world. ;) I never really considered how powerful my doubt was in my conversion.
peace to you,
Martha
