Amber:
What a great time for you. I am sorry for your family's lack of enthusiasm but what gives me chills is knowing that you and thousands of others are walking a path together that has been shared by untold billions through the ages. A path that started in the first century and will continue to the end of this age.
God bless
TJ

That verse seems so appropriate to where you are right now. It is still not easy, but God will be with you, providing courage and strength.
Thoughts & prayers.

TJ and Rob,
It is a wonderful thought that this journey is shared by so many others and it gives me great encouragement!
The verse was perfect in helping me see that I need to let go and just continue following God. It comes as another affirmation, through others, that God is truly leading me!
Thank you for your prayers!

Amber,
I'm always excited to hear about ech step you take toward full Communion with the Church. As long as you are mindfull of the Eucharist, the awe at being part of something different doesn't fade. During times in my life when I felt lonely, I would go to Mass, receive the Eucharist, and watch the others doing the same. It's hard to feel lonely when you are partaking in a meal that not only brings you closer to the Lord, but is shared with hundreds of thousands of others all over the world.
During Easter Vigil I'll be excited to share that meal for the first time with you and the other elect throughout the Church. We might be a couple hours ahead here in the Eastern time zone but it's all part of the same celebration!
