Well, you've been going on this one for a while. I think the blogging lifespan for most people who really commit to their personal sites is around 15 months. 3 years can get old, especially as you watch everyone else from your 'blogging class' drop like flies after the 1-year mark. I imagine it must feel like living ur days out at a nursing home while all ur friends get to croak of a heart attack at 50.

really, just leave already. we've heard enough of your lamentings regarding your absence from this site, etc. you already had a post titled "This Place is Done Anyway"...really no need to rehash that through your "Hibernation" post. just go...and stay there for all i care.

One of the best reasons to quit (even temporarily). Enjoy.
(and by the way, it doesn't stop when you get back to work - just make sure you've straightened your priorities while on your hiatus.)
