just 'discovered' your 'Leaving Las BEgas' post some days ago.
I actually left the BE (old & new) SB, but merely out of several other reasons. Although I think having had a 'good' contact with some of the BE-people I must admit I never could 'predict' how Jeff was thinking. It is true that a lot of crap had been written about BE, but also other things have been 'opened up' where the attitude of certain people has been shown.
Actually quite a lot of things I have read certainly 'made me sympathize with Jeff' even before I signed up @ BE (read started MWL). Nevertheless I must admit that certain points of your 'open letter' already past in my 'mind' (mainly the 'linkage-stuff')...
Anyway, already having one foot 'out of BE' (I will use my credits, darn got some 2500 all together and I am suck a blogwh0re) glad to have 'refound' you over BA. No, kidding beside I was really busy lately.
