Pretty good, Tom, but you are not reaching the complexity. 28 out of 48 Democratic Senators (Kennedy was not in attendance) voted against the FISA reauthorization act. 48 out of 48 Republicans Senators (McCain couldn't be bothered to even show up) voted for the FISA reauthorization Acct. The 2 independent Senators, Sanders and Lieberman, split as expected.

Clearly, The Democrats are The Lamer Of Two Evils, and it only serves the GOP not to recognise this fact.
