"Hopefully IPR will fill the niche that TPW seems to be vacating as a place for diverse (as opposed to unbiased) coverage of alternative political parties."
My goal with whatever I write there is to be both diverse and unbiased, but it's probably a pipe dream. In any case, I'll be making an effort to keep my snippy remarks and dogmatic judgments down in the comments section, where I thought its appropriate place to be on TPW.

Hey, Tom. I've talked to you on TPW, but I guess I won't be doing much of that anymore.
www.ballot-access.org (I think it's dot org, it might be dot com) is a good place for third party news, too.

Ross,
Hey, I'll be hanging at TPW some as well (just posted there a little bit ago -- as a commenter).
I agree, Ballot Access News is a fantastic publication. I just subscribed to their dead tree version ($14 a year). The publisher, Richard Winger, is THE authority on ballot access and contributes considerable time, money and effort to helping third parties get on the ballot.
Regards,
Tom

"Austin Cassidy's Independent Political Report"
Hey, isn't he the guy who started TPW?
Tom, since the site is just starting out...I was wondering if you could use someone to report on the Platypus Party?
You know, I always give them a fair objective, dispassionate and neutral analysis:

Tom where will you be posting first? Here, or elsewhere?
I'd love to have been there, but sufferin' from the empty pocket blues.
Thanks for the effort.
