In my experience, everyone is shocked at the amount of yarn in the closet.
Except once, when a knitting friend's husband was given a tour of the house, he looked at my yarn closet and asked in amazement - That's all?

I always get the shocked ones too but they're looking at the books. The yarn doesn't even seem to register.
