When I first read this, I thought you meant to get these tasks done prior to vacation!! Now it seems manageable instead of insane.
By my calculation, 2-10 will take up one week, leaving a whole week for Lismore. Considering how fast you knitted the Bramble jacket, you'll have most if not all of Lismore done. Hope it's cool up there!
