You knit him Henry VIII and he thinks he should get another handknit in this lifetime???

You can actually knit the socks longer, or does the size 12 fussy fit foot rule that out? I can see why.

Gale- Typical guy. My DH has several Fair Isles, a gansey, and over the years Dales, Arans, you name it. Then he decided he likes handknit socks. He wears them twice and there's a hole in them.

So I bought him some wool work socks and they have lasted for several years. My time is too precious. And he never throws anything away either!
