I can't believe you would advocate another quit claim like korea, vietnam, and all the troubles that are coming back to haunt us from these two mistakes. We already have a reputation as a quitter when we abandoned the Iraqi uprising that we encouraged after the gulf war(another shaky truce) It seems to me that after ww11 the american public is getting more and more gutless..If you don't have a taste for war, how do you protect your self from those who would remove your freedom!!

I simply think we should select our wars. Going into Afganistan was absolutely the right thing to do, but going into Iraq was a huge error. Even worse, the administration was unable to win because of additional miscalculations and errors (i.e not enough troops).

The reason I think we should pull out is very simple. I can not stand seeing American soldiers dying for a mistake of the Bush administration. I really dont think is in our strategic interests being there anymore. I think we should pull out and let the UN go in.
