Guess who was Mark Kirk's Congressman when he grew up? Why it is the man in the picture who isn't Mark Kirk. Don Rumsfeld was the representative to Congress in the 1960's from the North Shore of Chicago, where Mark Kirk is the current Congressman and continued to live in Winnetka for many years afterwards. He still has family in the district so it's not suprising they would be pictured together.

Thats actually true. You have a good point. However, that does not change the fact that Mark Kirk has been a reliable ally for the Bush administration and his disastrous handling of the Iraq war (especially by the man in the picture who isn't Mark Kirk).
