Gravatar I keep a large bowl of chocolate on my desk at work and people look at me like I'm crazy or have the most incredible will-power, but I got the idea from a book called, "When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies" by Jane R. Hirschman (http://www.amazon.com/When-Women-Hating-Their- Bodies/dp/044991058X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/102-9682566- 4192124?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1182786183&sr=8-1) which describes intuitive eating. The idea is to allow the forbidden, thus making it available whenever you want. After a while, you find that you really don't want the chocolate (or whatever.) If you really listen to your body.

Intuitive eating is not as easy as it sounds - so if you try it, be sure to be extremely patient with yourself.
