I loved (read: obsessed about at length) the Merck Manual when I was a kid! Luckily *I* am not now in a profession that requires me to read and analyze information about diseases and disorders on a daily basis

And at least if they put "I have things" on your tombstone, you will be able to look down (smugly) and say "See"?
