Great! How'd you get him up to that level? By practising multicausal symbolic play with him? I, too, am trying to implement Floortime into my son's therapy (he's 21 mos and has SPD...and his name is Noah, too). I am very leased with Greenspan as well. I'm glad you were so successful! But I've got to tell you, hearing this term for the first time, I knew it wasn't right, but I kept thinking "floor exercises" and picturing you and N doing gymnastics, complete with brightly colored twirling ribbons and tumbling routines.
