Gravatar Check for anemia. That can cause RLS. There are medications for it and they usually involve dopamine, which might be just the thing for you, don't ya know. xoxo

Gravatar Check out the RLS Foundation's site - www.rls.org. In addition to information on the site and a great newsletter if you join, they have a message board where lots of people in your situation share what has worked and what they are trying. It can be a complicated thing, this RLS.


Gravatar Try drinking tonic water. I also have restless leg sydrome. I can't stand the taste of tonic water but that's what my doctor recommended.
