I'm totally curious...which neighborhoods to each reside in?

I don't remember the weather sucking too bad...at least not in comparison to Boston

The triplex is in West Philly.

I'm a bad person to ask about the weather because I'm from Northern California. Not that the weather there is perfect, or anything, but I don't do very well with the summers in the Northeast. Muggy, stinky, sticky city weather just makes me crazy. The winters, though, I like.

Funny what you say about Boston weather--that's on our short list of places to move. I'll remember what you said!

$4,000 rent from a $300,000 home? Sounds pretty good to me. The houses look nice from what I can see. How's the economy in Philly nowadays?
