You CANNOT tell me that you did not look up the meaning of aggravated sexual assault before you posted that.
aggravated means with weapon...be it a gun, bat, or just uttering threats. god, don't you watch ANY cop shows??


or if the victim is hurt. its kind of a mix of the two, different provinces/states have differnt laws, i think.


But isn't aggravated assault when you assault someone, but they were sort of egging you on? The very definition of "aggravate" is "To rouse to exasperation or anger; provoke"? I'm confused.


OK I looked dwon towards the bottom of the dictionary.com page and saw "made more severe or intense especially in law"... so whaddaya know -- I guess I learned something new today!


yeah I never thought of that until you brought it into the light, it does sound bad!
