That's my hometown for ya! I will say this about the food in Knoxville, Tennessee: it is VASTLY superior to that found in Los Angeles. Granted, I'm not eating at 4-star restaurants out here, but pound for pound, give me food from a Knoxville restaurant any day -- especially Litton's. My friend Tony who visited with me pronounced it "the best burger ever -- unequivocally."

As someone also born and raised in Knoxville, that may also be one of the reasons why people in Knoxville are VASTLY fatter than those in L.A. and pound for pound, tipping the scales into the danger zone.
