Just picked up some local organic purple asparagus from the co-op last night...asparagus is friggin' tasty and versatile...will probably stir-fry with tofu & shrooms and hoisin sauce & serve over jasmine rice tonight. LOOKOUT! Spring is here and fresh veggies are on the way (farmer's markets, etc.)!!!
