You guys are hebollah tofu machines! This looks amazing. I've always wanted to make a vegan bechamel, I bet it would be so good with crepes and veggies. Maybe now I will!

I really don't mean to be a snob, but since "a la ficelle" means cooking something in front of a fire on a string, the method in this recipe is quite inaccurate. It still looks good though!
