WOW, where did you get the Amanita muscaria decorations? Did you make them? I'd like to add them to my growing collection of Christmas ornaments, elfin figurines, and other kitsch with the red and white mushrooms. I started it in Finland where, in the Russian restaurants, hors d'oeuvres platters are served with tomato halves turned upside down and white cream cheese squirted in dots on the top.
Anyway, I love them and your entire opulent table.

@'Nika -- the mushrooms on the table were part of a bigger set, purchased about 5 years ago.

Hi there! I'm Domenica (Dommi); I just started my own blog. I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan, but I get some great food ideas from your blog... I've really liked it so far!
I'm so glad you had a nice, relaxed Christmas dinner... this is the season to be with friends and family! Everything looks great... I love that you offered two different types of pierogis and I have to tell you that I'm tempted to try both! :]

But damn, those carrots look GOOD!

Beautiful! I'm poking around this morning looking for vegetarian blogs, and if this is what's out there, I'm in for a treat.

yes, the cookies use Silk Nog, which is actually better tasting than regular Egg Nog...
