You always make everything look so fabulous, and easy. I like the way you cut your crust in advance....much easier to serve in one piece that way. Great idea!

The crust looks tasty. Do you have any suggestions on how to get your buckwheat to sprout? I soak mine for 8 hours, then rinse, then set it out on the counter to sprout. However, it tends to get gloppy and weird. Everything else I sprout comes out great.

after soaking we place it in a small colander and cover loosely with a cloth napkin or small hand towel, then rinse/toss every 12 hours or so to keep it from getting gloopy...
