Gravatar The crust looks tasty. Do you have any suggestions on how to get your buckwheat to sprout? I soak mine for 8 hours, then rinse, then set it out on the counter to sprout. However, it tends to get gloppy and weird. Everything else I sprout comes out great.


Gravatar after soaking we place it in a small colander and cover loosely with a cloth napkin or small hand towel, then rinse/toss every 12 hours or so to keep it from getting gloopy...
