We made the tofu marsala, and it was as good as it looks in the picture. We ended up having a second supper a few hours later because we both kept thinking of the yummy tofu marsala just sitting in the fridge =)

This dish was amazing! I honestly was cooking this with low hopes as a)I'm no master chef, and b)I'd never cooked with tofu before. My vegan friend (and amazing cook) has been gracious to have me over for dinner; I've wanted to return the favors, but had no idea what to make for her. This was a hit at my house, and I think I know what I'll be serving now! Thank you for this delicious recipe; I'm off in search of more tasty ideas on this site.
