Totally agree! Teese is for melting & sharp cheddar Sheese is for cracker topping!

WOW! The teese looks TASTY! Can I get a slice of that pie? Out here in east-central Illinois we are a bit behind in faux cheese products...Tofutti and the like are plentiful but that's about it. However, the local co-op is getting sheese soon on my recommendation and are working on teese as well.

Looks good! Can't wait to try it. Hopefully I can get a local pizza place to start stocking it.

This post was great, thank you so much!
Mike, you can very easily get Teese by ordering it online from a number of different retailers. Check our website (http://www.teesecheese.com/) for the latest list of retailers selling it!
Where are you from in east-central Illinois?

I'm going to buy some Teese next week. Do you know if it can be frozen? I'd rather get a few pounds than one pound what with the shipping and all.
I'm new to this site and your recipes and photos are DELICIOUS!

Hi Judy -- welcome!
I don't know if you can freeze it -- we haven't tried that -- but it seems like it's very shelf stable, so even if you bought a few pounds (we just bought six lbs.) it'll last long enough.
