the tart shell is 1 cup almonds (macadamia, cashews or any combo), 6 dates, 1" of vanilla bean, pinch of salt, ground in the vita-mix, adding agave (up to a 1/4 cup) until you get a spreadable consistency.

press the mixture into a tart shell and refrigerate for at least an hour (longer is better).
