I need to hear your rants with the latest security breach (check my latest twit)! It's an absolute counter-argument for ID card scheme now. The IT system and its various implement by the government is not fit for purpose.

No, it's just ludicrous. I think any normal man won't send something that important through a freaking normal post! Royal Mail can't acquit its responsibility. These days, I don't even trust them to deliver my train ticket!
