Cool idea. Would love to see it work. I was similarly thinking of building a login system like my banks payment confirmation works. My bank sends me a TAN code over SMS which I then have to fill in the form. If I could rebuild this somehow in a login system it could send me an sms with the code. Obviously I needsome way to send direct sms to my phone securely. I was thinking of direct messaging myself over twitter, but I doubt the security.
