Ha ha, that German system sounds almost as silly as one of my early visits to Foyles in London.
I wanted to browse for fiction paperbacks and could't find what I wanted for the life of me. Then I was told they were put on the shelves alphabetically... by Publisher!!!
How stupid is that? Esp if you have no idea who publishes any particular author.
Anyway, I digress... as usual ;-)
The numbers on religion are also somewhat culturally weighted...
